Isaiah arrived within the time he said he would and started right to work. He explained things as he worked. After replacing the part, he did a thorough check to make sure it was working correctly. He gave me some tips on making sure the oven would heat evenly and fixed a piece in the bottom drawer so it would close correctly. He also made sure the oven was level after it being moved. I was very pleased with his work.

Dewon was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong with my washer. He did a great job and took time and patience to explain to my husband what needed to be done. We are both seniors and it was refreshing to have a repairman who was so kind efficient. We will always call Sears for repairs and request that you always send Dewon for any repairs we might need.
