I give the Sears Home Service a 5 star rating. The Service man Van, was here at the time he told me he would be here. He was courteous and did a good job of determining what the problem was, and in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and his opinion was I needed a new fridge. Mine is 36 years old. He wasted no time and was out the door after finishing his job.
