Knowledgeable and Quick
Thomas was friendly, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly assessed the issue. Complimented me on how clean the unit was, which made his efforts easier to troubleshoot. He had the part in his work van and quickly replaced the non-working part. Thomas also allowed me to ask questions about the unit and he kindly obliged with educated answers. Thank you!
