The technician was extremely nice. I recieved a text that he would be arriving at 10 am. He was right on time. Friendly and got to work asap. Before I knew it he was done! Awesome service!

Thomas was our fifth attempt at addressing our issue. His familiarity with our particular lint screen material ended up being the missing piece of information that four previous visits by another company very much needed. Six loads since his visit and so far, so good!

Thomas, provided me with the best customer service ever. He called ahead twice made sure I was home told me what time he was going to be there and he was Johnny on the spot, diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently and was extremely friendly. Could not have asked for any better service than what I got.
