We are so thankful for our Sears Home Services agreement. Our dryer stopped heating/drying yesterday. We called pretty late in the afternoon to schedule a repair appointment. We were able to schedule the repair for the following afternoon. King called us at 8:45 a.m. to say he was about 10 minutes from our home. He was kind, professional, courteous, replaced a thermal fuse in short order and was on his way - problem fixed! So thankful and happy! Good job, King!
