I requested a return service call because the washer's issues had not been satisfactorily resolved by two previous technicians. He took the time and systematically checked the washer's systems/functions. He found an additional problem. The estimated cost was prohibitive. Eric was able to facilitate the refund of the cost and labor of the previous visit.
