Hi, we had a wonderful experience with Rudy, who came to our house to fix our dryer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ordered needed parts, and spent two days at our house. Cleaned up everything afterwards, and just was a pleasure to have at our house.

Sears technician Marshall is a very intelligent conscientious worker. He takes his time to valuate and check on the components of your equipment.
