technician was quick efficient, and knew what he was doing. he wasn't very talkative but that's probably because he knew i was upset because i was without a refrigerator since last thursday, and your ad said same day service. i was somewhat short with him when it wasn't his fault the part wasn't available. sorry! thanks for fixing my appliance even though i think the price was a little high.
