AI was confusing, repetitive and asked for info I had submitted. Jeffrey was great! I received emails, texts and phone calls Tuesday morning. Each gave a different arrival time. AI gets a zero, Jeff gets a perfect score

All 3 repairmen we had come to our home about fixing our refrigerator were very good. Our problem was with the AI used to schedule our appointment. The code we were given to enter were never recognized. We would get 6 or 7 each time we tried to set up an appointment. Very hard to get a real person to talk to. We were totally frustrated. And then we got way too many announcements about our upcoming appointment. And when asked to verify our code was never accepted. Real people are needed more for customer service.

Steve did a great job with the repair to my stove. He had an extra piece in his truck so the repair was done at once instead of waiting for the part to be ordered again. The repair was completed and I appreciate it so much. Thank you so much.
