Three visits, each having hours of waiting for the repairman to arrive, resulted in hundreds of dollars for diagnostic fees and a unit that is the same as it was initially. I feel like I was conned.

Technician was fine when he finally arrived. Service communication was awful. After coming to the house to find out the problem, had to order the part because he doesn't carry that part, Sears scheduled a return date to complete the job and never showed up. We had to wait a full day and a half before anyone arrived to complete the job they scheduled. When we did get confirmation of them arriving, was told we would be number 6 on the technicians list. He was standing in my living room! Can't talk to anyone in person, everything was a robot. Someone at Sears owes me a day of waiting, $129 service fee. And to top it all off, technician tried to charge me again when they were completed with the job. Will not use them again, a total farce!

Not good. Repair person left and 10 mins after leaving the machine locked up and doing the same thing that was supposed to be fixed. Call Steven back and he said, sorry you have to make another appt.

Two Different sears repairman came out to repair dryer. The first one, Stephen,was professional and ordered parts, the second one, Bob, who showed up to repair the dryer, screamed at me, and my mother. Said the first one should be fired and took the parts away, saying he ordered the wrong items. The second repair man ordered a timer for the dryer, which was installed today. The dryer still doesn’t work! I am unable to reach a living, breathing body to discuss this issue.
