tech was quick to install and get it running, the scheduling process and appointment is not great many rescheduled took almost a full month to get washer repaired

Although we signed up for text messages to know when our repair person was coming during the 8 am to 5 pm window- they emailed us instead !!! I was not checking my email just watching for a text. I never got a text . Luckily we were home when the technician arrived. The repair was done and we are pleased that the fridge is working again.

Left mess and having to put another ticket for repair in because door to washer won't shut properly. Washing machine was moved and not put back in place

Tech was knowledgeable but labor fees are ridiculous. $300 for replacing a $100 part that took 1/2 hour to install. $50 to clean and maintain? That should be included in the $319 in labor!
