I would like to award the technician the postnominal initials of RD. His thesis on the "Vagaries of Stream Flow Patterns in Ice Makers as a Result of Calcium Deposits" proved to be exactly correct. Since his visit, there have been no drips or leaks from the dispenser. His professionalism and experience saved me from the delays of swapping for parts, and LG from the expense.
