John was very polite and timely. But even though he ran a “diagnostic” on the problem, it took 3 different parts ordered and 3 different appointments to get the issue resolved. That part was frustrating! But he apologized and was professional. This is to Sears…you might want to train your employees and maintenance crew to use covers on the machines they are working on. The top of my washer has several scratches on it from laying tools and such on the enamel. And, do not like that we can’t TALK to a live person! Not everyone has internet access!!
