John was very nice and professional. He knew immediately what the issue was, got the part ordered, and came back to repair after we received the part. He called ahead both times giving us plenty of notice. I didn’t like that Sears uses AI and has no actual live agents to discuss scheduling with.

The technician was so kind. He showed me how to properly clean and maintain my GE COMBO. The manual doesn’t give enough tips on how to prevent clogs in the drain! He was amazingly patient! New Smart Parts were ordered. This should solve the problems! One week later…… He had to return to install 3 of the 3 major components to make this combo work. The entire internal working parts had to be replaced. The unit was full of major issues. Steven expertly installed all the parts and it should perform better! If not, it’s still under warranty. Steve technician returned and his work was very impressive. Just hoping he doesn’t make this an annual event😀 Today John returned and made some minor changes. The combo is working well. The new parts helped it think. Drying is almost 100 per cent. John and Steve both did a great job on the 4 visits in total!
