I was totally impressed. I’ve used sears several times before and I have to say they never disappoint. My Guys came out the same day I called and it was 2 hours after I called now that’s customer Service. He was training another repair man. They both were so so Kind and honest. I would recommend Sears appliance repair in a heartbeat.
