Russ & Sears
Text message sent at 7:29 saying tech is on the way. From where? How long until tech arrives? Russ (the tech) arrived at 8:09. Greeted us & went right to work. Washer fixed & he left a few minutes before 9. He left the old parts & boxes & packing which we now need to pay to dispose of. Part of Sears policy or not? Russ as the tech repairing our washer was great, friendly, dressed neatly & approval. We just have a problem with not enough info in text & the disposal of parts, boxes & packing.

Jeffery was on time and knew all about my furnace. He quickly inspected the unit, installed a new filter and pronounced the furnace in top condition. The total job was done in less than 15 minutes. Can't ask for more than that.

Refrigerator repair
Called whirlpool 3 times and scheduled 2 appointments; no one showed up. Tried Sears appliance service (a&e) and was able to set up an appointment with many reminders. Russ came between 8 and 5, as promised, and fixed our leaking 3 year old KitchenAid with little effort. He was polite and courteous. Dog never barked.

Great work but company has poor communication with tech.
Russ was great! He was professional and fixed our problem. The only issue was that they didn't inform him of certain details related to our job that I am sure he would have liked to know prior to coming out and doing this work.
