Bob was courteous and professional. Bob wasn’t the problem first they sent the wrong part then they never sent the correct part to me We never knew it was being delivered to us yet they scheduled a service date. So at this point we are done with this company. Should not have to wait for 10 weeks to repair it! Bob did say it was never processed. What a way to run a company!

Sears Appliance Repair great when it got here. Leak repaired in about 5 minutes. Broken down service truck delayed service by a week. Water damage to carpet due to leaking new refrigerator from Lowe's who passed it off on Samsung because it had been installed more than 48 hours.
