Technician Van was awesome. He installed my defrost heater assembly in half hour, He was courteous and professional, Sears however needs to improve greatly on communication and prompt service, I waited 38 days for refrigerator to be repaired which is totally unacceptable

The service man showed up on time. He was very professional and friendly. I called Sears appliance repair and had a appointment the next day to get my washer fixed. I would recommend Sears appliance repair for same day repair . They also give you a 30 day warranty just in case something else should go wrong with your appliance.

Although I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday, had a no call, no show. We rescheduled for the following Monday. Got notification of Francis on his way. Francis diagnosed my dryer, and brainstormed, and got my dryer running again, same day. He was very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions, and explained everything he did. Thank you Francis, God bless you! Thank you Sears for having this service man available!
