Francis was friendly. He and been to our house before for other service. He check the freezer out and determined the settings had been changed accidently. He reset them and everything iws back to normal. Short but informative visit.

I had an oven igniter go out and Sears technician came out to fix it. He was on time and diagnosed my problem on first visit. He order the part and scheduled a time to install it. One payment took care of everything. I am very pleased with his service. Will use Sears again for any future problems.

Technician Van was awesome. He installed my defrost heater assembly in half hour, He was courteous and professional, Sears however needs to improve greatly on communication and prompt service, I waited 38 days for refrigerator to be repaired which is totally unacceptable
