Abib identified the problem quickly, gave me a quote and scheduled a time for the repair. On the day of the repair, he installed the new parts quickly and answered all my questions. I'm glad I found Sears Appliance Repair. I will definitely use them again.

I was getting ready to cancel my plan, but decided to continue it. I've had my refrigerator worked on about 3 or 4 times, but I think this last time just might have fixed it. My tech did a great job.
