I would certainly give five stars for “George“ the technician who serviced my refrigerator. Great customer service from him. Sadly setting up appointments and trying to contact Sears since they did not show up on the original day we had scheduled was very frustrating. They make it basically impossible to talk to a “live “person to problem solve. Lastly, the part was no more than a plastic container with some plastic tubes. $250 for the part. Installation was less than an hour and was $400! So, $650 to get my ice maker running again. Half the original cost of the fridge.

Great technicians, very knowledgeable and professional. Awful scheduling by company. Took two months from time of scheduling to completion. Kept getting “Due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment has to be rescheduled“ messages.

Matt, the technician, was fine but overall it was not a great customer experience. The first appointment date we were told the tech would be there between 8am-5pm. At the end of the day we were cancelled and rescheduled for the next business day. This was understandable given we had bad weather come in on day one. The second day we were given the same time window. At the end of the day we were cancelled and rescheduled for the following day. I asked if I could have a smaller window or be put toward the early appointments and was told "no" because the computer schedules it. On day three I was called relatively early in the morning and told the tech would be there in 35 minutes. The tech arrived about 90 minutes later.

Not sure yet due to temporary fix. I’ll wait to see what all is involved with the permanent fix before I rate. I was surprised that my refrigerator wasn’t reset to see if it was going to hold the fix. It still had ‘H’ when I got home. I reset it and will know in a couple of hours if it is working properly.

Very good experience today. My first appointment scheduled for Thursday was a disaster. Stayed home all day and evening no call at all. Saw from text I was next in late afternoon. Then suddenly the appointment was cancelled. No call or explanation no way for me to text or call to check. Very disappointing

I had a refrigerator sounding like my fan was bad, but their findings was ice build up. They didn't want to pull fridge out and therefore I am not sure they properly checked out my heating element, timer and circuit board. It has a different sound and this concerns us as we never heard this before and I asked if the fan was damaged and they never exposed as they didn't pull fridge out. So, I am fearful that they created another issue to arise sooner than later that will cause down time and money. That being said, I have never had good luck with appliance companies. They charged $400 and was there an hour and didn't replace anything. I told them that was crazy as the most I have ever paid was $150 an hour labor and a drive charge, but that was waived as I bought the warranty and still paid $400 plus. I could have handled $200or maybe $225, but ....wow!!! Then they came out two week later and said it needs two cables and charged me $147 for two cables that I could of bought on the Bosch website for $35 and shipping. Then he came a third time to install the cables and forgot to plug them in and had to call and schedule a forth appt for anew guy who was very nice and accommodating to plug them in and not clean up and leave. SO in the end they could of done this in two appts for less money to them on costs and me too if they would have used the proper tools for the job and resources. Oh ya, Sears does not provide their team with any resources to help them fix the varying equipment out there, they have to use what you and II have is the internet, but Bosh doesn't provide them with that as they have to pay for it. After 5.5 weeks I am hoping they actually have iit right. It's been two days and waiting to see if the defrost works or not, because they didn't test the board or cables for working order or not on the defrost............ NOTE: Just read your response....What is your number as I have called many different sears phone numbers and its goes to a computer and never to anyone local. Thx
