After confirming my appointment, the morning of my appointment at 8:40 am I got a call from the technician saying he had a busy day, I was last on the list, he didn’t think he’d make it and that Sears didn’t allow their technicians to work over. I had taken the day off. He finally confirmed at 3pm that he wouldn’t e there

First, don’t waste your time trying to find this place. Despite what Google Maps says, Sears and its appliance repair place are nowhere to be found anywhere at the mall. Second, don’t waste your time calling them either unless you want to talk to someone in India who will read a script to you, constantly interrupt you and try to sell you a new appliance. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Not only Matt but the whole Sears experience I will never do again if you have an issue there is no way to speak to a live person I was charged for a throttle cable and labor back in March when I already had it done in Fall the previous year 2023 I was told it was my fault it was rusted but it was installed incorrectly the proof of this is the same mechanic came back three more times replace the cable three times because he never installed it right and had to keep getting new ones I was charged in fall for this cable which was okay I needed one but then I was charging it in March and blamed it was my fault there are so many more issues I don't have time to stay them I recommend everyone not you Sears it's not worth your time aggravation or money I saw the same individual more than five times for the same issue

Cost me $85 to have the technician not even look at the appliance and just tell me to vacuum and clean the condenser coils myself. And when I asked what I was paying $85 for I was told it would cost another $50 for them to do it. It was afterv5 pm and this guy wanted to go home and not wanting to do anything else. I have a home warranty service for my appliances for a reason.
