The technician seemed knowledgeable, polite, he tried and did hopefully diagnose the problem w/lawnmower. It started that evening when I mowed which was awesome. I will keep an eye on the mower to make sure it is okay. Seems the problem was fixed at this time. The trainee with him was also friendly, polite and seemed eager to learn. Seems the problem was solved but will feel better next week for confirmation. Thank you all!
