John B. was friendly and professional. He recognized he had been at our home before to perform maintenance on our appliance. The maintenance was efficient and thorough. We have maintained a service contract for the appliance several years and will continue with the program as it provides us a sense of security; also having a knowledgeable technician available is a bonus, such as John B.
