Had to have our AC repaired... The technician I had Mr.Otis was amazing. Always early, finished the repair super fast, very friendly and respectful. I will give the Technician 5 stars, he was awesome ... But sears using AI, instead of real people when calling was very annoying and frustrating.

Have a home warranty. A/C wasn’t working. Claim put in & Sears accepted. The only downside was appointment window, 8-5pm. Normally it’s a 4 hr, had to take a day off work only to have them come 445pm. Problem fixed though.

The service was good but the automated service was very very bad. I was rescheduled three times at home all day waiting and when I called to check on time of arrival the service said I had to reschedule. There need to be a real person answering the phone calls. Thank you very much for letting me vent 🙏🏾
