John solved water problem and the blinking light problem. However after he left, the lights inside the refrigerator and inside the freezer started blinking again.

They provide good service and technicians are professional when they come out and when talking to someone by phone. The bad side is, I am unable to log in to my acct online so I always have to call and wait on hold to speak to someone. It keeps saying my email is not correct and no one can tell why when I call. To this day, I am still waiting on a return call to figure this out. Sometimes my appointments get rescheduled on days that do not work for household, instead of calling me to pick a day and time. I then have to cancel the rescheduled appt which pushes my repair out further. I value the service despite those issues and happy to have it!!

While the furnace is working in part, the backup unit is still not working. Also, the thermostat was charged without notifying me or seeking my approval to do so. The thermostat that was removed was connected to my home security system that I could control from my phone. This change is not wanted. Sincerely William Roberson

Tech was extremely nice and professional but did not fix the issue. He did not stick around to make sure the system work. Now I have to go another 2 weeks without ac in 90 degree weather.
