The technician who arrived didn't want to do the proper inspection because the stove had cockroaches inside and that disgusted him and he always requested full payment for the inspection.

We have a Maytag clothes washer, and it has been "fixed" twice. It still doesn't work. Very disappointing.

no live agents to take your call. Sears canceled my appointment after I waited 8 hours for tech to arrive. Took 3 appointments with 8 hour arrival windows to replace 1 small part

Pains me to give a full 1 star as this is beyond generous. If Otis’ goals is to not fix my HVAC, he’s doing a fantastic job. With 6 reschedules, zero communication on reasons for reschedules, weeks at a time before the next appt timeframe, and a day-of cancellations becoming the norm…. I’m at a loss of words for how this business operates. Hoping this can grab someone’s attention to help my family out. No AC since April has been horrendous. Our first appt was 04/26. 3 visits now and nothing has been fixed. Typically Otis shows up after 4 PM and has to leave because it’s getting too late to complete the job. Today is 06/09, with 5 reschedules down, and 1 to go on 06/23 (3 weeks away was the earliest available and I know it will be cancelled day of), I’m begging for resolution. Please advise.

They are horrible!! They say they are coming & then cancel last minute. They don't do anything....say they fixed it & then it still leaks. Customer service is AI....can't get ahold of a real person.

Update: tech showed up (late). Broke the part that we had to order in by forcing it on. He didn't even know he did it. Was confused as to why it still wouldn't work. Had to order another part and I was rescheduled to today. Just got a message (an hour after the window time) that I have been rescheduled to tomorrow. I took off work for this. While writing this I got a message that a tech is on his way. I have no idea what is going on unless you have no job to be at, plan on using a lot of PTO to get your appliance fixed. Update: OMG why didn't I read the reviews on this company? READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE! I had to downgrade my stats because as nice as Huston was I feel like this company might be dirty. I have now had 2 parts delivered and still no working washer even though I received a "glad you're back up and running email". I am a single mother and took the morning off for my appt window and now the window is about to close and I see there is a tremendous possibility it will get rescheduled for tomorrow. Thought I was slick and called the number they list in their replies to reviews, it's the same automated one I've been talking to all morning with no way to speak to a human. Huston was great but unfortunately something went wrong when he was repairing and another part had to be ordered and we rescheduled for today between 8-12. I now have another tech coming whose estimated time of arrival is between 1:35-2:46pm. Until 10 min ago it said his expected arrival was 8:46 am. (It's aster 11am right now) No one called and you can't talk to a human I signed up for their Home Services plan but will be cancelling because I took the morning off work....not the entire day. Don't do it. Go with someone local. But my tech is one stop away....in Texas (I'm in Indiana) I feel scammed and bummed out. This is horrible customer service.
