The gentleman that showed was very quick in fixing my freezer sears appliance repair is NOT something I would recommend! He was the 3rd attempt to get this repaired. I had 2 other appointments to have the freezer fixed and they did no shows on both.

My appt was scheduled from 8 - 12, Pedro never texted me his arrival time, never let me know he was coming. I had to ask my neighbor to let him. Very Unhappy been having this service request since September.

Not as advertised. The tech essentially did a visual inspection and vacuumed the dryer. He seemed completely unaware of the service ordered to the point he had to ask me what to charge. Not worth the money. UPDATE: Called and spent over 3 hours on the phone complaining about the poor service with the number provided in the review response. After way too much time arguing, they scheduled a tech to come out to actually complete the service. I specifically told them not to send the same tech. They scheduled the same tech. I called to immediately cancel, and was told my 'request' had been submitted but not confirmed. I requested a refund and was told that was impossible because it was still processing, even though it had been charged to my account days ago. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company in an effort to get refunded. Do not use this service.

I was charged 75 dollars to be told my freezer was too full to just defrost it despite the fact lights were out in the fridge and never addressed. Not a happy customer I could have goggled this!

The entire process is ridiculous. *Ten different phone numbers go to automated responses. *After automated system hangs up without option of speaking to a person *So far, repair has been rescheduled 4 days.(Still waiting as of this moment.) *Start of day we receive notice the tech will arrive by ( various time before 10 am) * Immediately after update, tech texts to say we are last on route and may need to reschedule. *Throughout day keep receiving updates to say we are next on route with new eta. *Final update of day states tech will arrive by 6:07 pm. Then tech texts that appointment is "re-routed for another day. * Read any other one star review and it will explain my experience. I will gladly update this post and review once the repair has been completed. As of now we are a month into this process.

This is less about the tech but reflective of Sears overall. On 7/31, I scheduled an appoint ment directly with tech diagnosing my issue for 8/7. 8/7, came and went without any communication from Sears or a request to reschedule. I reached out via phone and chat asking for escalation and to speak with a Supervisor to reschedule immediately versus to having to wait a week since the error was on Sear’s end. I was never contacted, my issue never heard and ultimately ended up waiting almost a full month to get my appliance fix. Sears your IVR system is poor, the customer service is poor. Do a better job of allowing customers to communicate their issues without having to go through automated responses and outsourced support. Lastly, the original tech diagnosed one issue and then next tech said it was something different. At this point I have no confidence that my issue has been resolved.

TERRIBLE! If I could give -5 stars I would. Michael came out to fix the air conditioning unit last Wednesday. Turned it off and back on and told me to take the filter out ! Unit blew air for approximately 5 hours and then stopped working. Just as I had told him it had been doing before he got there. Had to wait an additional 9 days for Michael to come back out. When he did he then told me the unit was no longer receiving power and he could not do anything to fix it because it’s high voltage! Stated he had to “move on to his next appointment” and there was “nothing he could do”. Michael stated Cinch home warranty service would “contact me”. Of course they did not . No air for 2 weeks. And when I did call Cinch home warranty they then told me that the unit is not covered under warranty. If the unit was not covered under warranty how did the website allow me to make an appointment? The disconnect piece was there prior to the 2nd appointment ! Now the piece is missing ! Who here thinks Michael stole it?
