Professional, friendly, and quick

Gave me a vague time.. they would be here anywhere between 8am and 5pm. They did text me a link, i checked it the day of my appointment and it stated that the technician would be arriving at 9:18am.. it said that ALL DAY. Around 4pm, I’m irritated, no one has shown up STILL.. I try to call, all I get is the automated system there is absolutely no way to talk with a person. I hang up and continue waiting.. at 4:50PM.. I get a text notification saying my appointment has been rescheduled to Friday. I canceled. I wasn’t even asked if that day worked for me or even given an explanation as to why this happened. So I wasted my entire day waiting on a repair man to show up.. just for them to not even show up. ZERO customer service, would NOT recommend.. I called Mr. Appliance of Shelbyville, my appointment is next week, they were very friendly and transparent about the pricing and what to expect, also LET ME KNOW that if a job runs over, my tech may be late for my SCHEDULED TIME, but they will 100% keep me in the loop and let me know what is going on.

Made an appointment for today to get my washing machine repaired during 8-5. Took the day off so I could be home for this appointment. Matt calls at 5:15 to tell he's not going to make it and the next appointment is 2 weeks away!! Definitely would not recommend!! Call someone else first.
