Very nice gentleman. He did a diagnostic. Said it was the heating pump module. Told me to call GE and order the part. I did. I have the part. The next appointment from sears(I thought) was to fix my dryer. Nope. The agent that came on the 23rd(today) said no we will not be fixing your dryer today. I’m doing a diagnostic today. I was like it was already diagnosed. He said just let me look at it. This two times to my house and I am still at square one. Absolutely nothing done. My warranty runs out in less than a week. I am not happy at all. Plus I got the extra warranty from sears. The lady says all I have to pay is 150$. 100 fee for the appointment and 50$ because I had them do a maintenance on the machine. Now I’m being told I will have to pay more than that. Customer service here I come!!
