Francis was effective and determined to find the cause of our faulty furnace. He explained the problem and gave us advise for the future. We were very pleased and appreciative of him. Our insurance covered the fee after the deductible.

The tech was good, politely explained the issue and gave me an estimate for repairs. The problem I had with Sears was the 9 hour window to wait for a tech and then having to reschedule because he couldn’t get here.
