Great tech, bad scheduling from company
The tech was wonderful and completed the job quickly. The scheduling was terrible. I was told by the initial email he would come between 8am-5pm. He called around 10 to let me know there were three jobs before me so he would be there between 2 and 4. I appreciated that. Then he texted around 4:30 to say he was running behind because the company had scheduled another job before mine, so he would be there around 6pm. It is not the tech's fault, but I wasted an entire day waiting then the company scheduled someone else in front if me mid-day. Thankfully I was off if work, but what if I had taken the day off? A whole work day and ge came at 6pm.

We had a wonderful experience with our repairman. He was very friendly, on time and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained to my husband and me each step he was doing. Leaky fridge repair
This was the second time they had to be called for a leak in the water line. This was repaired under the 90 day warranty for the previous repair.

"Joe" the service / repairman that arrived to repair our dryer was one of the most professional and skilled individuals that we ever dealt with in this capacity. He went over and beyond to correct our problem to determine what may lead to it. If we ever have another home appliance issue, I hope we are fortunate enough to be get him again.
