Bradley went above and beyond with his service. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he saw and what he was going to do to remedy my problem with the washer. He suggested things I could do to circumvent this problem reoccurring. Fast, efficient, courteous, thorough; Bradley took charge, got the job done, and cleaned up in a very short time. Five stars and I highly recommend.

Tech was amazing. Overall experience on this repair was a nightmare and I hope I never have to use sears again. This ticket was opened on 2/28 and I got rescheduled multiple times on your end(not mine)
