Tech was amazing. Overall experience on this repair was a nightmare and I hope I never have to use sears again. This ticket was opened on 2/28 and I got rescheduled multiple times on your end(not mine)

Bradley called with an ETA both times he came and was here at that time. He was very polite and got right to work diagnosing the problem, getting the part order, scheduling the appointment to come back and install the part and did exactly that a few days later when he returned. Bradley is an excellent worker and representative of this Company.
