Tech showed up to order parts. Collected money and almost 60 days later…. Part was cancelled on 8 Jan, no one reached out to inform us and now they are refusing to pay money back for services not performed and they hang the phone up upon calling. I wanted this to work out but the techs refuse to provide information to their supervisor and only ask for you to call the 1-800 number. Unfortunately, that number goes to a call center and they hardly speak English. They have taken over $500 dollars since 18 December and nothing has been performed. At this point we might have to press charges of theft by deception since they are refusing to take phone calls.
