Brad came out the same day that I called even though it was nearly 5:00 in the evening before he could actually get here. Most repair men would cancel or reschedule. He was very professional and figured out that the problem with my dryer was an electrical issue with the house. He serviced both my washer and my dryer. All in all he did a great job.

Jared was very friendly, professional, and informative. If I need service again on any appliance I would ask for Jared personally! Good service is almost a thing of the past - thanks Jared for keeping it alive - you’re a GREAT service representative!

NESS the Technicial Was here when he said he was going to be, very professional fix my dryer and was gone an about a hour so now I can go about the rest of my day and not haft to wait all day wondering when when he was going to be here I will call again when I have another problem to be fixed
