Do not use this service the information was incorrect and then they couldn't be bothered to refund the $500 they charged me for a part that I never got because a second opinion was able to fix it easily

These people SUCK. Have been waiting for a technician to come to our home and repair our dishwasher, they have ordered the parts and have been here for weeks. And the technician has rescheduled the day off our appointment, FOUR times in a row. After making us wait all day for time window. I would understand if something came up and they cancel and reschedule at their earliest convenience. But to make us sit around and wait ALL day. And after confirming “we are the next stop” to turn around and just basically tell us to kick rocks. Very unprofessional. And the fact they cannot reach out to us themselves. They have to use the AI to let us know. We haven’t spoken with an actual individual from this business SINCE our claim. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The technician was great, but the Sears repair policy was terrible and overpriced. I paid the diagnostic fee of $129 instead of the repair cost of over $500, with an estimated return date for repairs in a week. Not acceptable for that price. A heating element and idler pulley are frequently replaced items on a dryer. Not to have parts on hand to perform repairs the same day is a shame. My model and serial numbers were submitted to Sears before the appointment, and I gave detailed information about what was wrong with the dryer. Should have been easy to have a few parts on hand to perform the repairs. What a waste of time and money.
