We got a GE profile last January. For the past 6 months I've had several techs come out to address the same issue. Not getting hot, not drying etc. It was extremely frustrating. Appointments were routinely canceled and rescheduled. While it was inconvenient and aggravating during the last 6 months, the techs were always polite and professional. The problem has been fixed.

My washer broke on March 30. I qualified for my All-State Protection Plan that I bought when I bought the washer/dryer combo. All-State contracted Sears to fix my washer. You canceled several times for no Tech available. I talked with LG Electronics after over a month of frustration. I have a new LG and I canceled my May 29th repair appointment on May 12th. A service man showed up today to fix my washer. I think you need to start talking to people instead of using Richard ( not sure a real person) to communicate. I thanked LG Electronics for making it all happen. 2 months without a washer is not acceptable. Sincerely Jacqui Custer

Could not use service because of not showing up on date originally scheduled and then scheduled a different date without asking when would be convenient for 3 more weeks. This isn't the first time sears repair did this so will not be buying anything from sears do to unreliable service. Had to add a star to post put really 0 stars

This is the second time Sears sent out a technician that couldn't complete the work needed to repair my HVAC system. This also means that twice we had to sit around the house waiting for a technician to show up between 8:00 and 5:00 plus now we have to make an appointment with another contractor.
