Kym, service technician was very personable, professional and dedicated to helping me with my dishwasher malfunction. She fixed the problem and introduced me to Sears warranty service program showing me how I could even end up paying 0$ for the service call. Thanks Kym you’re special five stars isn’t enough. enough
