WORST DECISION ON AI CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very courteous and respectful and repaired our machines very efficiently and correctly. He did a great job. The only and MAJOR issue is your change to AI. Terrible choice to take out the "human element" out of your company model. Other than the great service provided by your tech, your pre and post customer service is awful. Tech is FIVE STARS and your AI customer service is a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.

Very professional
Donald was a very professional and truly knowledgeable serviceman for Sears. I had an 8 yr old Maytag that suddenly stopped filling and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and now I am able to catch up on my laundry. Very happy!

Very polite and kind
Theo was very knowledgeable and repaired our refrigerator very quickly. I appreciated his kindness and how he explained the issue and showed me the non working part before replacing it. Our 30yo fridge is now humming along like new!
