Ronald was excellent. But the scheduling process was brutal. We were rescheduled twice at the end of the day after sitting around for 9 hours each time. This process needs improvement.

Friendly and helpful
Kim is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sears as a appliance warranty provider is HORRIBLE. I had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment, then another 2 weeks for parts to arrive before my appliance could be fixed - that's 2 months.

Great Technician
Samuel was great, got the problem diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few minutes. What's not good is SEARS customer service! There's no one to call and they rescheduled me without even speaking with me. They did this after the technician didn't show up the first day. So I wasted an entire day waiting only to be rescheduled after the technician didn't show up, and it was rescheduled 2 days later at 6 PM.

Kym is excellent!
Kym explained everything to me spent a lot of time on the phone with me plus text me pictures. She gave me advice about getting a new motor in the dishwasher she also discussed some leaks and damage to some wood area around the dishwasher. Very honest. If you have great rewards be sure she gets one!
