The technician left with the dishwasher still malfunctioning, after changing me 130 dollars. The customer service is horrible, completely AI with no real people to resolve issues. A second appointment was made so the dishwasher can be repaired and they canceled on me. The technician ghosted me . This is the worst service experience I’ve ever had

Never Use Sears appliance service again. First day they cancelled after me waiting at home for 6 hours. They promised a diagnostics, he showed up on day 2, battery dead on his drill. Was able to get the draw string on the shorts unstuck. Turned on the dryer and said it was fine. He was there for 5 minutes and tried to charge me $129.

At this point I am not satisfied at all. I asked the technician if my issue could be solved by flushing the line when he was here the first day. I was told Nope needs new valve & new line. So I had to pay $452.?? before ANYTHING was fixed & would have to come back in 2 weeks to fix. Even though the website stated he would come with any parts that may be needed.I was continuously told to sign on his phone A BLANK SCREEN (during both visits), & that I would MOST DEFINITELY get A copy of whatever it was he was having me sign. The day he came back to fix my ice maker, he did approximately 15mins worth of work, came & told me to sign his blank screen phone again, said I would get A copy of whatever I was signing. Told me I did NOT need ANY of the parts, that he just had to blow the water line out!! Proceeded to tell me I would get A $12?.?? refund in about 5 days & would get sent everything I had signed & warranty. So I have gotten NOTHING!! I paid around $450.00 for A bunch of LIES & parts, which he TOOK THE PARTS I PAID FOR WITH HIM WHEN HE LEFT!!! SCAM!!!! Do NOT USE THEM!! RIPOFF!!!!!!!

We scheduled an oven repair for 8/26 between 1pm and 5pm. No one showed up and at 5:30ish the technician texted my husband sorry but we won’t be able to come out to you. No word from them since. I went online to find a customer service number to call and found that they’d rescheduled our appointment for September 9! Two weeks after they no call no showed us. I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with their automated system and couldn’t get a human on the phone, ended up canceling our appointment out of sheer frustration and opted to leave a review about my experience with their automated system and was instead hung up on by said system. I never leave reviews but this is WILD. No care or consideration for their clients apparently.
