Neil was nice but he recommended I buy a new washer but they don’t sell them so I had to pay 129.00 and then still pay another retailer for a new one. I thought that if they recommended to replace that I could get a washer from sears and not pay 129.00 for the guy to say yes, you are right that is what is wrong with your washer.

The repairman was professional and prompt. I have no issues with him. I experienced issues with scheduling. I originally scheduled for 9.23 but received text for 9.25. I changed my schedule to accommodate. I received text to confirm 9.25 which I did. Today 9.23 as I was leaving for work I get text stating repairman would be here today. I again rearranged my schedule to accommodate 9.23. Fortunately I had liberty to flex my schedule today. I don’t always have that ability. I give scheduling a 1 star given confusion

Never Use Sears appliance service again. First day they cancelled after me waiting at home for 6 hours. They promised a diagnostics, he showed up on day 2, battery dead on his drill. Was able to get the draw string on the shorts unstuck. Turned on the dryer and said it was fine. He was there for 5 minutes and tried to charge me $129.

At this point I am not satisfied at all. I asked the technician if my issue could be solved by flushing the line when he was here the first day. I was told Nope needs new valve & new line. So I had to pay $452.?? before ANYTHING was fixed & would have to come back in 2 weeks to fix. Even though the website stated he would come with any parts that may be needed.I was continuously told to sign on his phone A BLANK SCREEN (during both visits), & that I would MOST DEFINITELY get A copy of whatever it was he was having me sign. The day he came back to fix my ice maker, he did approximately 15mins worth of work, came & told me to sign his blank screen phone again, said I would get A copy of whatever I was signing. Told me I did NOT need ANY of the parts, that he just had to blow the water line out!! Proceeded to tell me I would get A $12?.?? refund in about 5 days & would get sent everything I had signed & warranty. So I have gotten NOTHING!! I paid around $450.00 for A bunch of LIES & parts, which he TOOK THE PARTS I PAID FOR WITH HIM WHEN HE LEFT!!! SCAM!!!! Do NOT USE THEM!! RIPOFF!!!!!!!
