The service technician was good, but the scheduling process was a complete nightmare. I was almost convinced it was some elaborate scam. You CANNOT get in touch with a real person. Their chat, every phone number, and the website just sends you in a loop. You can’t even correct your address. And all the phone numbers only actually go through occasionally or not at all. I won’t use them again just because the scheduling process is so bad.

Neil was nice but he recommended I buy a new washer but they don’t sell them so I had to pay 129.00 and then still pay another retailer for a new one. I thought that if they recommended to replace that I could get a washer from sears and not pay 129.00 for the guy to say yes, you are right that is what is wrong with your washer.

The repairman was professional and prompt. I have no issues with him. I experienced issues with scheduling. I originally scheduled for 9.23 but received text for 9.25. I changed my schedule to accommodate. I received text to confirm 9.25 which I did. Today 9.23 as I was leaving for work I get text stating repairman would be here today. I again rearranged my schedule to accommodate 9.23. Fortunately I had liberty to flex my schedule today. I don’t always have that ability. I give scheduling a 1 star given confusion

I was told the refrigerator needed a new compressor. My wife wanted it fixed so I paid $1400. + to have the refrigerator fixed. Reminded Paid up front. The parts came in the tech showed up my daughter was there with the repair man. He called told me it was fixed and it could take up to 2 days to get cool. Well it's March 5 and it never has gotten cold. Can't get ahold of anybody to fix what's wrong. On the site it says no appointments in your area. This is a total scam.

DJ the technician was great! Only 2 technicians for all of Southern Indiana? Took almost 2 months to get the parts ordered and to get DJ here to fix it. Terrible customer service! All AI, sends you in circles. I would never recommend Sears Home Services to anyone. Pathetic and uncaring. Get rid of AI and get some on-shore workers!
