Technician was very professional, knowledgable and communicated problem for me to clearly understand. Michael repaired problem in less than 15 min. Two previous Tech visits could not correctly diagnose the problem. Timely scheduling of Technicians needs to be evaluated and improved!

My technician was great, he was able to diagnose the problem and then returned to fix it once the parts were ordered. the only problem with this service is that they have an AI assistant, so if you have any questions that can't be answered by the chatbot you're out of luck

2 charges for a technician to simply replace one heating element is a bit excessive. Had to 2 visits due to parts availability. 2nd technician didn't seem all that familiar with a double oven... Call if you want to discuss

I was scheduled to have my tech arrive between 8 am - 12 pm. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to arrive until after 1 pm which did impact my schedule.
