Finally, they repaired my stove, but it took them several trips . No time window, some one has to stay home all day. Luckily I have appliance insurance otherwise it will be too much in labor

The technician, Otis, was friendly and helpful. He apparently was very knowledgeable as he located the problem with my furnace and repaired it in no time. I have a home warranty plan and they chose Sears as the repair service but I would choose them anyway if I had to choose someone on my own.
