The technician, Otis, was friendly and helpful. He apparently was very knowledgeable as he located the problem with my furnace and repaired it in no time. I have a home warranty plan and they chose Sears as the repair service but I would choose them anyway if I had to choose someone on my own.

Pedro came a few days ago when our frig started having loud noises coing from it. He was able to listen to what we said and to what the sound was from the frig and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part on order and came back a few days later with a new evaporator fan. He was in and out in record time to take the old fan out and put in the new fan. Frig sounds quiet again. I would definitely want to have him again for my other appliances if I had any problesm with them.
