Freezer was not working properly, George determined it was the compressor. He ordered the parts, scheduled a follow up visit, came and installed the parts. I purchased the extended warranty on all my GE appliances, money well spent. The service was FREE!!

The end result was great. Took weeks for part to come. Then initial tech could not fix issue but tech who visited today was awesome

Otis, the technician, was friendly, pleasant and knowledgable about my furnace. He reassured me that the furnace was ready for the winter. He ran all sorts of diagnostic practices to make sure the furnace was functional.
