The five star rating is for the technician Jamal. It is only for Jamal. The two times he has visited my home, he was professional, thorough, courteous, taking time to explain the problems and solutions regarding the process and repairs needed. For the rest of Sears Appliance Repair (as well as Choice Home Warranty, the referring company , I would be rate each with one star (being generous) as ithere respective phone and App based automated systems, and alternative ability to reach and consult with live representatives are frustratingly and wholly inadequate.
