Had our furnace go out, so we used our home warranty and they scheduled a technician to come out through Sears appliance repair. It was scheduled in a timely manner and Otis, the technician was amazing. Got a call beforehand that he was on his way, and when he got here he was quick to troubleshoot and figure out the issue. He didn't have the part on hand, so had to run out to go get it. He was very fast and had the furnace up and running in no time. Very professional and friendly.
